Here's a little update about what Children's Autism Foundation has been up to!
In 2022, Children's Autism Foundation has partnered with the Kenyan Institute of Special Education (KISE)! Children's Autism Foundation will provide ABA training to KISE staff in order to assist the facilitation of quality ABA services for children with Autism in Kenya.
KISE strives to provide inclusive education services for children with special needs and disabilities in Kenya, including children with Autism! Here's some cool things KISE does for their community!
-Providing training services for teachers who provide education to children with special needs, including educational needs, psychological needs, mobility needs, and integration of special needs students into the classroom with neurotypical peers.
Providing pre-school services for children with special needs and disabilities.
Providing and distributing resources and documentation that gives information on specific disabilities.
Conducting research in special needs education.
Providing and producing equipment for individuals with special needs.
